HOW DO I CANCEL MY RENTED SPACE?

If you wish to cancel your space, simply use the email contact form below to send us an email with your intent to cancel.  We require 7 days notice before the end of the month in order to not be charged for an additional months rent.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR LONG TERM RENTING?

Yes, you can signup and pay for a year ahead of time and receive a 10% discount on your rate.  We are happy to discuss any longer terms, if you would like.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?

No, our specials and normal renting terms are month to month.  However, if you wish you can signup and pay for a year ahead of time and receive a 10% discount on your rate. 

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES CAN I PARK AT STORAGE PLUS, LLC?

RVs, Motor Homes, Campers, Trailers, Boats, Cars, Bikes, Snowmobiles, Jet skis.

WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month.  After the 4th of the month, rent is considered late.  Late fees will be charged to your account and you will be locked out at the gate.  If you have a valid credit card on file, it will be billed automatically so you don't have to worry about it. 

WHAT ARE THE ACCESS TIMES?

Our property can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an authorized access code.  In order to recieve an access code please sign up through the website or call 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME I CAN PARK MY VEHICLE?

We offer month-to-month leases with a one month minimum stay.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY CODE?

Call us. 513-734-6000 or when you log in to your account you will be able to see your code. 

HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Call us. 513-734-6000, or Log in to your account by clicking Make a Payment/Login and you can take care of that.  If you have a valid credit card on file, it will be automatically billed so you don't have to worry about it.  If you are not set up on recurring billing, you can set that up once you're logged in.
